She served as director of product management, training and documentation for VocalData since 2000. Prior to joining VocalData, Sara worked for Global Knowledge, Nortel and GTE Customer Networks. Sara has over 15+ years of telecommunications experience as a customer, service provider and manufacturer with extensive experience in technical support, customer training and delivery, and product management delivering enhanced next generation application & IMS services to many of the world’s largest carriers. Sara holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Information Systems.
